Why do you seek? What is the endless, tiresome seeking? Your seeking your true self? Self-realization? Love? God? All this is an endless search, for there is no beginning point or end point. How can the water seek the water? Would not the water be seeking an illusion, for the water cannot be separate from the water? How can God try to find God? Would not God be seeking an illusion, for God cannot be apart from God? Why all the unnaturalness of seeking that occupies the minds of persons constantly? We have forgotten. We have been taught to forget. When we remember there is nothing to remember, we are liberated from the endless, useless search. Then, we can relax. Then, we know this moment is Home, our self. This momentless Moment, devoid of pleasure or pain ~ This, no other, is God, for no other exists but This. Time and space touch not This, but are touched by This. Only God is; there is no other but God. Then, realizing this, you realize you create a self to seek the self, a God to seek God. You create and seek, until you see this you call self and God is arising before the ideas self and God, all ideas. This you are, for That you are can be no other than That you are ~ which is This, and can be no other . See this, and you will relax, will smile, will laugh, will rejoice that the search exhausted itself. You will know that you created and sustained the search, to see the vanity of the search.
